Shipping & Freight
Clean Forge Systems ships commercial cleaning equipment, parts, pads, accessories, chemicals and related products. Shipping method, cost and delivery timing depend on the product, order size, destination and freight requirements.
Smaller products may ship by parcel carrier. Larger commercial machines and equipment may require LTL or other freight service. Some orders may require a separate freight quote, lift-gate service, appointment delivery or commercial receiving arrangements.
Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific service commitment is confirmed in writing. Manufacturer availability, carrier capacity, weather, destination access and other factors can affect transit time.
Freight deliveries: Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt whenever possible. Note visible damage or shortages on the carrier paperwork and take photographs. Contact Clean Forge Systems promptly if there is freight damage or a shipment discrepancy.
Some manufacturer programs may offer freight incentives when order thresholds or other supplier conditions are met. These programs are subject to the applicable manufacturer terms and are not a blanket free-shipping promise on every Clean Forge Systems order.
